Has bezel. Very nice. Change the band and battery and wear for many years to come. I am not sure what the letters on the back are referencing. I believe those letters are MIC. After many hours of researching, I cannot pinpoint what this is or even find one identical watch to this one. Made in 1990. This would be absolutely wonderful for the cat collector in your life.
