Vintage Johnston & Murphy Woven Leather Oxfords - Men。The J.F. McElwain Shoe Company was a prominent shoe manufacturer, particularly known for its partnership with Thom McAn shoes in the early 20th century. The company, founded by William Howe McElwain and his brother J. Franklin McElwain, was a major employer in New Hampshire, with factories in Manchester and Nashua.  These shoes are in new condition and do not appear to have ever been worn. Based on the shoe sizing, i believe these are pre 1960 and would be an amazing addition to any shoe collection. I have interpreted the sizing as best as i could using a vintage sizing chart so please review the pictures/measurements to determine if these are a right fit for you. That said, these have an identical measurement to my size 10 shoes.
